In addition to our main applications, we've developed many innovative system design features such as:

The product suite is tightly integrated to reduce redundancy and to facilitate the flow of information between offices. Our products were built using input from the front-line users. Each package contains a host of features designed to address specific needs of actual users.

In addition to our main applications, we've developed many innovative system design features such as:

  • Browser based: No special software needed to access the main applications.
  • Integration with other systems: Data can be imported from various systems such as the department that handles building permits.
  • IT (Information Technology) departments: For example, end-users have the ability to easily create and download data files for external purposes from within our application.

Some additional features and tools included it our Tax Office Software:

  • GIS Mapping Integration: This tool uses county GIS data in the form of shape files and aerial photos which are copied to the tax office server in order to visually display Tax Office data.
  • Workflow: Workflow is highly configurable and can be used to automate the flow of work between individuals and departments.
  • Query Builder: Query Builder is used to easily search and extract a variety of information from the Tax Office database.
  • Attachments: Files such as photographs, .pdf files, and other file types can be attached throughout the system.

Physical System Architecture

The physical system architecture is depicted below:
